Kamil - Oil Painting
KAMIL (Kamila Trzeciak Molina) was born in Poland into an artistic family and began drawing and painting at an early age. Her playground was her granfather's carpenter workshop and wild surroundings of PÅ‚awna Dolna`s village (located in Lower Silesia; Bóbr Valley Landscape Park), where she studied nature and practised drawing. In 2005, she moved to Sacramento, California, where she has worked in an art studio of a Hong Kong artist Jason Gong, while studying graphic design. From the year of 2010 to 2020, KAMIL has been active in Bern, Switzerland, where she belonged to an art group.
KAMIL paints in a loud and dominant style. Cheap brushes are used to apply dripping oils in crude, fast brush strokes. Experimental combinations of oil paint and crayons in tropical colour pallets are carried to the extreme. From the inspiration she draws on to her choice of subject matter and the materials she uses. Kamil's work is a celebration of diversity in every sense.

She currently resides in a mysterious city of Görlitz, Germany, which is largely surrounded by ancient volcanoes, hills and forests.
Her fascination with the mountains of Lower Silesia and its wine regions, quickly became an inspiration for creating a body of work, which is both introspective and abstract.
Her style and oil painting techniques are influenced by painters like Paul Gauguin and David Grossmann.
